Anthony Rehil-Crest - Leadership

Anthony Rehil-Crest

Chief Clinical Officer
Dr. Rehil-Crest is a graduate of New York Medical College and he is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He has also earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Washington. Dr. Rehil-Crest has been practicing medicine in Northern Idaho since 2012 when he moved here after completing his residency training at the University of Utah Hospital and Clinics. Much of his career has been spent in primary care at Heritage Health where he provides comprehensive care for his patients. He also has a special interest in treating patients struggling with opioid addiction. Dr. Rehil-Crest believes the services that Heritage Health provides are vital to the Northern Idaho community. Tiffany Kugler

Tiffany Kugler

Nurse Practitioner
Tiffany treats her patients and their families with compassion, dignity, genuine respect, and sensitivity. Tiffany’s attention to detail is a true asset when managing complex medical needs often compounded by the intricacies of dementia. She truly listens to learn what is essential to each patient to develop an individual care plan. In 1993, Tiffany began her medical career at Sacred Heart Medical Center and Kootenai Health. In 2009, she transitioned to caring for assisted living and independent living facilities residents. Tiffany’s compassion, love for the elderly, and expertise in long-term care enhance the quality of life of her patients.
Holli Handsen

Holli Hansen

Nurse Practitioner
Holli Hansen treats every patient as if they were a member of her own family. She believes in serving seniors and their families with kindness, compassion, and respect. With more than 10 years of experience, she is an expert in coordinating the best care for each patient in their home environment. She works with nurses and other community organizations to provide the highest quality of care. She graduated from Idaho state university in 2010. Prior to obtaining her graduate degree, Holli worked as a registered nurse in the Kootenai Health float pool caring for patients across more than 15 departments.

Luke Hopkins

Physician Assistant
Luke served in the Marines, and through his experiences in the military and his time in the emergency department, he discovered he loved helping people. Hopkins earned his Bachelor’s Degree at Thomas Edison State University in sociology. Hopkins graduated from the University of Washington’s MEDEX Northwest Physician Assistant Program in Spokane. He chose to help senior citizens because he felt they were the most under-served patient population.
Christina Treller

Christina Treller

Nurse Practitioner
Christina Treller’s heartfelt compassion and empathy for the elderly have been apparent since childhood. After working for over a decade as a Registered Nurse in critical care, and pre-operative and post-operative care, she decided to pursue her Nurse Practitioner’s degree specializing in geriatrics. She believes she was called to this profession and desires to care for the senior community with genuine, meaningful, patient-centered compassion. Christina believes caring for this population should be holistic and more than simply chronic disease management. She desires to care not just for their physical condition but also their spiritual and psychological state insofar as possible in each case.
