OUR BENEFITS SUMMARY

Medical

Heritage Health is proud to offer two medical insurance plans to our employees through Regence BlueShield of Idaho. We have the Classic (PPO) and HSA plans available to choose from. 

​

In addition, we offer FSA,  LPSFA and Dependent care Reimbursement.

​

*Flexible Spending Account (FSA): Pre-tax earnings may be set aside for eligible out-of-pocket healthcare and dependent care expenses. Available with PPO Medical Plan or No Medical Coverage through Heritage Health.

​

**Health Savings Account (HSA): A health savings account may be used with a qualified high-deductible Health Savings Plan. Pre-tax earnings may be set aside for eligible out-of-pocket medical expenses. The balance rolls over from year to year. Only available with HSA Medical Plan or other High-Deductible Plans.

Flexible Working Schedule

We provide the opportunity to work flexible hours to suit your everyday lifestyle, which includes nights and weekends off.

Paid Holidays

Employees who are regular part-time and full-time will be paid for the number of hours they would have regularly worked on the holiday. Employees who are not scheduled to work on the holiday will receive a corresponding allocation to their paid leave bank in lieu of holiday pay.

Heritage Health is closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day

  • Memorial Day

  • 4th of July

  • Labor Day

  • Thanksgiving

  • Day after Thanksgiving

  • Christmas Eve

  • Christmas Day
