Valerie Luna, LMSW

Born and raised in Post Falls, Idaho, I have always had a natural passion for helping others. I've always felt drawn to supporting people, listening without judgment, and being someone others can turn to during difficult times. This passion led me to focus on crisis intervention, where I help individuals navigate stressful situations, assess their immediate needs and safety, and connect them with the resources and support they need. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping patients feel calmer, more comfortable, and supported during overwhelming moments. Outside of work, I love spending time with my toddler, family, and friends, especially on my family's property. I enjoy camping, going for walks, and spending time outdoors surrounded by nature. A fun fact about me is that I love making coffee at home and experimenting with different recipes and flavors using my espresso machine!
