Dr. Samantha Easterly joined Heritage Health in 2026 as a Family Medicine physician. With four years of experience in this field, Dr. Easterly chose to pursue medicine to alleviate suffering and improve patient well-being.
Dr. Easterly specializes in disease prevention, and the careful management of polypharmacy when necessary. She provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, addressing a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, arthritis, skin disorders, mood disorders, inflammatory diseases, hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, dysmenorrhea, and geriatric-related issues. She is dedicated to coordinating care with specialists and healthcare facilities, recognizing the challenges patients face in navigating diagnoses and treatments. Dr. Easterly partners with her patients to empower them in understanding their health and advocating for their needs.
Originally from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, Dr. Easterly enjoys outdoor activities, particularly when she can bring her dogs along for the adventure.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Linfield College in 2010 and obtained her Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2019. Dr. Easterly completed her Family Medicine Residency at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, Arizona.
A fun fact about Dr. Easterly is that she holds a black belt in Tai Chi.
