Rachel Bagley
Nurse Practioner Resident
Rachel Bagley, DNP, FNP-C joined Heritage Health in 2025 and currently works as a Family Nurse Practitioner in the Residency Program. She brings nine years of nursing experience with a background in cardiac care, intensive care, and nursing education.
Rachel was inspired to become a nurse practitioner after witnessing the powerful impact of quality primary care—how it helps keep patients out of the hospital and significantly improves their quality of life. She knew she wanted to be part of that positive change.
Her clinical interests include chronic disease management, preventive care, menopause support, and reproductive health. Rachel is passionate about partnering with patients to help them better understand their health and achieve their personal wellness goals.
Originally from Wenatchee, WA, Rachel has lived throughout Washington State, including in Yakima, Pullman, Leavenworth, and Vancouver. Although new to Coeur d'Alene, she is enjoying the area's natural beauty and outdoor opportunities. In her free time, she loves hiking and baking with her husband—and their parrot!
Rachel earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Washington State University in 2016, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from WSU in 2025.
Fun fact: Rachel enjoys creating (and wearing) costumes for Renaissance fairs and anime conventions.
