Sarah Armstrong

Board Member

Sarah is a local private practice therapist who works with adult clients of all kinds with a primary focus in addiction and eating disorders.

Previous to practice, she received her undergraduate degree from LCSC locally at the CDA campus. She then finished her graduate degree in social work through Boise State University.

Sarah has been a local for most of her life and she has been involved in behavioral and mental health for more than a decade. Her passion for serving our community members is what brought her to be part of the Heritage Health board.

She lives with her husband and family on a small farm on 10 acres in Hayden with cows, pigs, goats chickens and 3 children. Sarah is proud of the work Heritage Health does and she hopes to make an impact for our community on the board.
