Megan Farley, LMSW

Megan Farley, LMSW, joined Heritage Health in 2024 as a clinic-based counselor. She brings over 10 years of experience in behavioral health and social work to her role. Megan went into counseling because she is passionate about educating clients, helping them build practical coping skills, and providing compassionate, strengths-based support that empowers individuals to overcome challenges and thrive in their personal growth.


Megan specializes in working with individuals navigating addiction. She is passionate about walking alongside her clients in their recovery journeys, offering encouragement, insight, and support. Megan believes that everyone has the capacity for growth and healing, and she enjoys helping clients rediscover their strengths and make meaningful change.


Originally from Eugene, Oregon, Megan enjoys spending her free time gardening, cooking and being on the water. She also values quality time with her family spending weekends dirt biking, camping, skiing and attending kids sports with her husband and three sons.


Megan holds a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University, where she double majored in Social Work and Communication Studies. She went on to earn her Master of Social Work from Boise State University.


A fun fact about Megan is that winter is her favorite season and she loves a cold and gloomy day.
