Jacob Cobb,

Jacob Cobb joined Heritage Health in 2025 and serves as a Therapist in the Recovery Services program. With seven years of experience as a Medical Social Worker in both hospice and dialysis care, Jacob brings deep compassion and understanding to his work supporting individuals on their recovery journeys.

Motivated by a lifelong desire to offer others the same level of support and compassion he has received, Jacob specializes in addiction and recovery counseling. He is passionate about helping clients reclaim their lives and is committed to being part of the solution in today’s world.

Originally from Kellogg, Idaho, Jacob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Idaho in 2014 and his Master’s degree in Social Work from Boise State University in 2018. Outside of work, he enjoys mountain biking and hiking—and as a fun fact, he maintains a “fleet” of bikes as part of his self-care routine.
