Allisha Rutherford

With over 25 years of dedicated service to community healthcare, Allisha joined Heritage Health in 2018, bringing a wealth of experience across Information Technology, Organizational Development and Training, Project Management, Operations, and Strategy.
Allisha is passionate about leadership and is deeply committed to fostering the professional development of others. She champions a person-centered culture, ensuring that every individual feels valued and supported.
In addition to her role at Heritage Health, Allisha is actively engaged in community leadership and nonprofit service. She currently serves as a board member of United Way and previously served as President of the PMI Inland Northwest Chapter in 2023. She also participates in local leadership and workforce-development initiatives.
Allisha holds a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Healthcare Administration. She also holds certifications as a Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma Practitioner. She is currently pursuing her doctoral degree in Public Administration at Walden University, continuing her commitment to lifelong learning and advancing public-sector leadership and healthcare access.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Allisha enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, traveling, running, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
