Leslie Allen

Leslie Allen is a dedicated healthcare leader with more than 25 years of experience across clinical and operational roles. She currently serves as Interim Chief Operating Officer at Heritage Health. A Registered Nurse by background, Leslie earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and an MBA in Healthcare Administration.

Since joining Heritage Health in 2017, Leslie has helped build a high-performing Triage team, led cross-functional operations, and supported the continued growth of services across the organization. Her clinical foundation spans acute care, women's services, and ambulatory care, giving her a well-rounded perspective on patient experience, workflow design, and team development. In her expanded role, she is focused on advancing Heritage Health's operational priorities, strengthening service line integration, and supporting the staff and providers who deliver care to the community every day.

Outside of work, Leslie is the proud mom of incredible twins. She and her husband enjoy boating, traveling, and spending time with family and friends — reflecting her belief that strong leadership is grounded in a healthy life outside the office.
