Connor Rezzonico

Connor joined Heritage Health in 2023 and currently works as a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. Connor has over five of years of experience working as a registered nurse in the acute care setting, before becoming a nurse practitioner. While working as an RN at the Veteran’s Administration, Connor noticed the mental health community was largely underserved. Thus, prompting him to become a psychiatric provider and improve access to care. 

Connor specializes in helping people with psychiatric and mental health conditions and loves working with patients to improve their quality of life. He utilizes evidence-based practice to implement both pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions to assist patients in achieving their goals. He believes a strong patient-provider relationship is the foundation for an individualized treatment plan that provides the best patient outcomes. 

Originally from Wyoming, Connor loves skiing, hiking, and spending time with his family.  

Connor earned his BSN degree from the University of Wyoming in 2017 and his DNP degree from the University of Wyoming in 2022.
