Chandler Bozarth

Chandler Bozarth, DDS joined Heritage Health in 2026 and currently practices as a general dentist. With three years of experience in the dental field serving as a director of clinics in Arkansas and Oklahoma, Chandler was drawn to dentistry through personal experience. Growing up in a disadvantaged background inspired a strong desire to give back and to educate individuals from underserved communities about the importance of oral health.

As a general dentist, Chandler provides a full range of comprehensive dental care and is passionate about creating a welcoming, patient-centered experience. Helping others is at the heart of Chandler’s work, and serving patients is more than a job—it’s a calling.

Originally from Northwest Arkansas, Chandler enjoys staying active outside of the office. You’ll often find him playing pickleball, running, biking, snowboarding, or unwinding after work with video games—especially Apex with the boys.

Chandler earned his bachelor's degree in biology and chemistry from Southern Adventist University in Tennessee, where he worked full-time while completing his studies and graduated in 2018. He also studied abroad to build a foundation in Spanish before attending dental school. Chandler went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in 2023, where he served as student body president and led mission trips to Mexico providing free dental care.
