Michael Jones, LMSW

Michael Jones joined Heritage Health in 2022 as a practicum student and 2025 as a full-time employee and currently works as a clinical social worker. Michael has over 10 years working in behavioral health and went into social work because he has seen how supporting people address their mental health creates positive, compassionate, and healthy communities. 

Michael specializes in helping people rediscover strengths and learn skills to address anxiety, depression, and addiction in new ways and loves working with patients because he believes anyone and everyone is capable of immense growth, healing, and recovery when given the right tools.    

Originally from Snohomish, Washington, Michael loves his family, live music, paddleboarding, hiking, camping, cooking, playing guitar, and stand-up comedy. 

Michael earned his Bachelor’s degree from Eastern Washington University in Psychology in 2013 and a Master’s degree from Boise State University for Social Work in 2023.    

A fun fact about Michael is he spent most of his summers working on a large cattle ranch in Eastern Washington.
