Jen Duncan, LCSW

Jennifer Duncan joined Heritage Health in 2021 and currently works as the Clinical Supervisor for Therapy services. Jennifer has 14 years working in the mental health field and went into Social work to help others.   

Jennifer specializes in helping people with severe and persistent mental illness and loves working with patients because “helping people become empowered, confident, and recognizing they can reach their goals, is a wonderful journey to be a part of.  “  

Jennifer has resided in Idaho for over twenty years, she loves to read, hike, travel, and spend time with her family.   

Jennifer earned her Bachelor’s degree from Lewis Clark State College in Social Work in 2008, her Master’s degree from Boise State University in Social Work in 2016 and her Clinical licensure with the State of Idaho in 2019, in addition Jennifer is a registered clinical supervisor in the State of Idaho.
