Tatiana Jepma

Tatiana Jepma joined Heritage Health in 2025 and currently works as a Nurse Practitioner Resident. She has six years of experience in nursing, mainly in the ER and the Medical/ Surgical floor, and was inspired to go into the field because she values building meaningful connections with patients and helping them through some of their most vulnerable moments.

Tatiana specializes in family medicine and primary care, and she loves working with patients because it allows her to make a positive impact on their health and well-being through compassionate, individualized care.

Originally from Utah, Tatiana loves mountain biking, rock climbing and spending most of her time outdoors.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Idaho State University in 2020 and went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice- Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Idaho State University in 2025.

A fun fact about Tatiana is that she is always planning her next outdoor adventure- whether it is a new sport, like surfing, new trail or mountain to explore.
