Kirsten Snow

Physician Assistant

Kirsten joined Heritage Health in 2024 and currently works as part of the Street Medicine & Community Outreach team.  Prior to joining us, she served in the U.S. Navy, spending five years caring for Marines, Sailors, and their families in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. During that time, she also had the opportunity to care for Afghan refugees as part of Operation Allies Welcome and deploy with 1st Battalion, 6th Marines aboard the USS Bataan.

Kirsten has always had a passion for primary care and meeting her patients where they are – both in physical location and in life.  She strives to always take a patient-centered approach and provide the best care through shared decision-making.

Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, she enjoys Crossfit, camping, and hiking with her husband and her dog, Moose.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in Biobehavioral Health in 2017 and a Master’s degree from Penn State College of Medicine for Physician Assistant Studies in 2019.

A fun fact about Kirsten is that she played collegiate field hockey, winning a Big Ten Conference championship her senior year.
