Alishia West

Alishia West joined Heritage Health in October 2025 and currently serves as a Family Nurse Practitioner in our Residency Program. A newly certified Nurse Practitioner, Alishia brings over 13 years of experience as a Registered Nurse to her role.  Alishia earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McKendree University in 2014 and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at Gonzaga University in 2025, specializing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

She chose a career in nursing to empower patients to make informed decisions and take an active role in their healthcare. She has experience in Maternal Child Health, NICU/Nursery, and as a GI nurse.

Alishia has a special passion for working with pediatric patients, drawn to the joy and energy they bring. She finds their innocence heartwarming and refreshing, and loves that every day with children is filled with laughter and surprises.

Originally from Pullman, Washington, Alishia is an avid traveler with a love for exploring new cultures. A fun fact: she lived in Germany for two years and has visited more than 15 countries.
