Taryn Grattic
VP of Provider Relations
Taryn Grattic graduated from the University of Montana with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and from the University of Washington MEDEX PA Program with a Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Science.
She earned the John B. Coombs, M.D. award for exemplary leadership.
She proudly joined the Heritage Health family in 2014. She is a Family Health Physician Assistant and specializes in Chronic Care, Women’s Care, Urgent Care, and Addiction Medicine. She also serves as the Vice President of Provider Support for Heritage Health and is working towards a Doctorate in Medical Science from the College of Idaho. She earned the Bob Ritchie Award from Heritage which is for being Caring, Giving, Compassionate and Real. Taryn is also a 2022 proud graduate of the River City Leadership Academy, investing time and effort toward leadership excellence.
Taryn loves being a provider at Heritage Health because working in community care is more than just a job; she feels privileged to have the opportunity to improve patient lives and make a difference in her community. She especially loves primary care because, as a provider, having a breadth of experience to address many different patient needs provides continuous education opportunities and job satisfaction.
Working for Heritage Health has allowed Taryn to advance her career in administration. Healthcare administration allows Taryn to address healthcare issues on a larger scale. She is passionate about supporting her colleagues' career growth through support and comradery.

Taryn is the proud mom of three incredible children, two of whom are twins. She enjoys spending time with her loving family and exploring North Idaho and the surrounding communities.
