Heritage Health Dental is currently accepting a limited number of new dental patients each month.​

Because dental appointment availability is limited, new adult patients (ages 21+) are accepted based on available provider capacity. If you are interested in establishing care with Heritage Health Dental, please contact our dental team to learn about current availability and our new-patient process.

Patients may also speak with our dental team in person at our 1090 W Park Place location.

We continue to prioritize access for:

​

• Patients ages 0-20

• Patients enrolled in the Everyday Wellness Program 

• Patients who are currently pregnant

• Patients experiencing a dental emergency, including: 

  • Injury or trauma ​

  • Severe tooth pain or swelling

  • Infection or abscess

  • Other urgent dental conditions impacting your ability to eat, sleep, or function​​

New-patient availability is released on a limited basis each month and may change based on provider capacity.
