Monica McLean

Monica joined Heritage Health in 2014. She has 13 years of Human Resources experience including recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, benefit administration, HRIS development, safety, and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Heritage Health, Monica held human resources positions at Kootenai Electric Cooperative and Gritman Medical Center. Monica earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Idaho. She is a member of Human Resources Network North Idaho (HRNNI) and the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Outside of work Monica enjoys spending time with her husband Jason and their two girls Ireland and Abigail.
