Betsy Hawkins, the Chief of People and Performance, oversees Human Resources, Outreach and Marketing and Communications. For the last 11 years, Betsy has served Heritage Health as a consultant to Heritage Health.

Betsy has an impressive resume, providing value-based coaching and organizational effectiveness consulting to various industries. She facilitates executive-level courses at Cornell University. She has held leadership roles at Kootenai Health, Washington State Department of Health and Human Services, Kaiser Permanente (formerly Group Health), Virginia Mason Medical Center, and The University of Montana.

Her educational background includes an M.S. in Instructional & Human Performance Technology from Boise State University and a B.A. in Health Services Administration & Labor Relations from Eastern Washington University. Additionally, Betsy holds numerous certifications, such as Prosci® Change Management Practitioner, SHRM–certified senior professional, and emotional intelligence-certified coach.
