Alex Vestman

Alex joined Heritage Health in 2025 and currently works as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Alex has ten years working in Labor and Delivery and went into psychiatric nursing because she saw the need for compassionate, non-judgmental care.  

Alex specializes in helping people with perinatal mood disorders, substance use disorders, and loves working with patients because she believes getting to the root cause of issues is essential for optimizing overall health and longevity.  

Originally from Texas, Alex loves spending time with her family, expanding her knowledge of functional care, and exercising with her husband.  

Alex earned her Bachelor’s degree from West Coast University in 2015 and her Master’s degree from Frontier Nursing University as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in 2024. She is scheduled to complete her Family Nurse Practitioner post-graduate degree in 2026.  

A fun fact about Alex is she loves strength training and can do a full set of curls with a quarter of her body weight!
