Judy Backhaus

Judy is an experienced Compliance & Privacy Officer, having worked in the hospital & ambulatory health care industry throughout her career.  

She is skilled in healthcare compliance, physician/provider relations, healthcare management, strategic planning, and has certifications in project management, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Master Change Facilitation, as well as healthcare compliance.  

Judy is a strong, resilient compliance professional with an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University. 

Judy joined Heritage Health in late 2021 as the Compliance & Privacy Officer.  Judy is dedicated to supporting the mission of Heritage Health with a strong focus on the integrity of the organization. 

Judy enjoys cooking for family and friends, cheering on her favorite teams in sports, doing yoga, hiking, and going on long walks.
