Throughout her career, Heidi has led pivotal initiatives such as onboarding new service lines, launching rural health clinics to serve underserved communities, and fostering a culture of mentorship.

Heidi is passionate about connecting people to their purposeful work, empowering individuals to reach their full potential, and creating lasting impact.
