Biography
The new Kellogg Clinic Medical Director comes to Heritage Health from Shreveport, Louisiana. Graham graduated from Northwestern State University in Natchitoches, Louisiana with a degree in nursing. He then earned his DNP (Doctor in Nursing Practice) from the University of South Alabama. He has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 10 years with a specialty in Family Practice and focus on Orthopedics/Sports Medicine.
The Louisiana native believes in empowering the patient to be in charge of their own health and wellbeing.
In his spare time he loves to spend time with his wife Anna and 2 boys. He enjoys playing the guitar, all sports and computer programming.

Biography
Dr. Rehil-Crest is a graduate of New York Medical College and he is board-certified in Internal Medicine. He has also earned a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Washington. Dr. Rehil-Crest has been practicing medicine in Northern Idaho since 2012 when he moved here after completing his residency training at the University of Utah Hospital and Clinics. Much of his career has been spent in primary care at Heritage Health where he provides comprehensive care for his patients. He also has a special interest in treating patients struggling with opioid addiction.
As Vice President of Medical Services, he oversees the medical providers at Heritage Health and helps to guide processes that improve quality care for our patients. Dr. Rehil-Crest believes the services that Heritage Health provides are vital to the Northern Idaho community. He takes pride in knowing that he works for an organization that will take care of anyone who walks through the door and will bend over backward to make sure that patients can get the medications, treatments, and tests that they need.
Dr. Rehil-Crest is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians (FACP). Fellowship is an honorary designation given to recognize ongoing individual service and contributions to the practice of medicine. He and his family live in Athol and enjoy spending time at Farragut State Park, Lake Pend Oreille, and various other outdoor activities.

Biography
Kate is one of our family nurse practitioners in our Rathdrum office. Kate received her BA at the University of Chicago, her masters from the London School of Hygiene & Topical Medicine, and her Masters in Nursing from Vanderbilt School of Nursing.
She enjoys family medicine because of the daily variety of conditions that can be both acute and chronic throughout my day. “I enjoy working with all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics.” ” Family medicine is unique in that you can really get to know your patients and see them grow and improve. For me, it fits a lot of the boxes I was looking for in a practice.”
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, 2 dogs and one cat and her family. She enjoys running, hiking and traveling.

Biography
Jenn Romero has been with Heritage Health, since 2014. She’s now the Vice President of Addiction Services and she oversees Addiction Counseling and Domestic Violence Offender services in Coeur d’Alene, Kellogg, and St Maries.
Jenn completed her Masters’ degree in Social Work at Eastern Washington University. Jenn has practiced in the field of addiction for more than 20 years.

Biography
Dr. Rourke obtained a degree in Business Administration and Philosophy from Centenary College of Louisiana. He went to work for BNSF Railway for several years as a front-line supervisor doing operations and logistics management. Despite enjoying railroad work, Dr. Rourke decided that he wanted to change careers, so he went to work for a friend ‘s dental office while obtaining the pre-requisite coursework for dental school. Dr. Rourke attended then graduated from Colorado University School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Rourke has a genuine passion for dentistry and enjoys being able to serve members in our community who would otherwise have no access to dental care.

Biography
Dr. Leanne Rousseau hails from Wyoming but earned her medical degree from University of Utah where she also did her family medicine residency. After practicing family medicine in Wyoming for a few years, she moved to Post Falls with her family and started volunteering in 1991 at the new Lake City Clinic in Coeur d’Alene, also known then as the free clinic. Ultimately, she became the first medical director when the board successfully applied for a grant and became Dirne Community Health Center in 2003. While volunteering, she also worked for Group Health in multiple sites in Idaho and Washington.
During residency and while in practice in Wyoming she developed a strong interest in mental health and always incorporated care for patients with behavioral health disorders into her practice. She still works at what has become Heritage Health primarily caring for patients with behavioral health needs and incorporating education for the future providers of our region into the Heritage Health culture. She is thrilled to be a part of Heritage and proud of its growth from its humble start to the multifaceted organization in multiple communities it has become while maintaining its commitment to care for anyone regardless of means or background.
She and her husband loved raising their four boys here and still love having all their grandchildren and family and friends come home to enjoy the region including skiing, horseback riding, biking, camping and hiking.

Biography
Kerri Ruddell works as a Nurse Practitioner in our Rathdrum clinic. She graduated with her bachelors from Lewis Clark State College graduate with my masters from Maryville University.
“Being a nurse was the only thing I ever wanted to do. What I enjoy most is being able to make a positive impact on a patient,” explains Kerri.
Outside of work, she enjoys fishing, hiking, traveling and camping.

Biography
Dr. Heather Russell was born and raised in Eastern Washington where she attained her degree in Biology and Chemistry from Central Washington University. Dr. Russell received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in Los Angeles where she was awarded entry into Omicron Kappa Upsilon, a national dental honor society for graduating in the top of her class. She was also awarded the Garett Newkirk Memorial Award for outstanding academic achievement, the American Academy of Periodontology Award, and the Rex Ingraham Award for excellence in Operative Dentistry. While in dental school, Dr. Russell developed a heart to help underserved populations, volunteering her time at AYUDA, a student run organization that provided no cost dental services to underserved populations around Southern California and Internationally. She served on three dental mission trips to Nicaragua, Panama, and Belize. She also served on a dental mission trip to Honduras with Global Dental Brigades as a member of USC Humanitarian Club.
Following Dental School, Dr. Russell completed a one year General Practice Residency program at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, where she furthered her dental knowledge on advanced dental procedures and the treatment of medically compromised dental patients. Dr. Russell has more than 11 years of experience as a general dentist and is very detail oriented.
Dr. Russell and her husband, Sean, moved to Hayden with their three children and Beagle in early 2021 and love North Idaho and all the beauty it has to offer! Dr. Russell joined Heritage Health in late 2020 and is now the Dental Director. She truly enjoys her job and being able to help people achieve oral health and love their smile! She has a passion for helping the community we live in and creating access to quality care for all North Idahoans is at the heart of her mission. When not practicing Dentistry, Dr. Russell enjoys running, hiking, swimming, skiing, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
