Enrolling in health insurance just got a lot easier. Heritage Health’s Outreach and Enrollment has teamed up with Insurance agencies in our community to help make the process a once stop shop. We assist you with enrollment, choosing the right plan for you and your family, the application process, and making all the important phone calls, and changes necessary. With our new partnership it saves our customers time and energy, you never have to call an insurance carrier again!
Open enrollment is from November 1st, 2016 to January 31st, 2017.
You may qualify for a special enrollment period if you have recently moved, had a baby, got married, lost coverage, or gained citizenship. These are just a few reasons you may qualify for a special enrollment period, there are many other reasons you may qualify. If you do not have insurance you will receive a tax penalty of $695.00 per adult not covered and $347.50 per child under 18.
