Dr. Joseph Abate, MD
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Joseph Abate joined Heritage Health in June 2011 following a 27 year career as a private practice cardiologist. Dr. Abate received his MD degree from Hahnemann University in Philadelphia, PA, then completed his Internal Medicine residency in Allentown, PA, and his cardiology subspecialty training at University of California-Irvine in Irvine, CA.

Mike Baker has worked with FQHC’s since 1998. His career began as an AmeriCorps Member at the Stephen D. Ratcliffe Community Health Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. He found his calling serving others and building cooperative relationships to improve the community they all serve.

Director of Human Resources
Monica joined Heritage Health in 2014. She has 13 years of Human Resources experience including recruiting, training, performance management, employee relations, benefit administration, HRIS development, safety, and compliance issues. Prior to joining Heritage Health, Monica held human resources positions at Kootenai Electric Cooperative and Gritman Medical Center.
Director of Advocacy
Tiffany Morrett joined Heritage Health in July of 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Advocacy. She has always had a passion for creating better opportunities for single mothers, which led her to seek out and raise awareness for accessible and affordable options in healthcare. Her work in the community led her to a position on the Board of Directors for Heritage Health in 2010.
Director of Development
Pam Houser is the Development Director for Heritage Health. Her primary focus is raising awareness in the community about our programs, providers, and the people we serve, while raising funds for patient care and medical equipment.
